It’s always good to keep up with the many Drupal meetups and events, especially with the variety going on in London. But, in good Drupal-community spirit, it’s also great to spread across the tech horizon and get involved with other digital events and conferences. So, we’re heading over to Symfony Live to represent Drupal, as well as brush up on our Symfony knowledge and meet some Symfony developers. We’ll be there manning the Drupal fort on the 26th September with some other Drupal agencies, too: Deeson Online, CTI Digital, Commerce Guys and Cameron and Wilding.

As a PHP framework, Symfony will actually be of a lot of interest to Drupal developers of all levels at the moment: Drupal 8 is going to be released very soon (!) and is adopting some major Symfony components. So, if you’re a Drupal developer and you’re thinking about heading over for the first time, 2014 is probably not a bad year to start off on.

Hosted by Sensio Labs at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Westminster, Symfony Live is running from September 25th - 26th and this year is its third instalment. The Thursday will be mainly training sessions, and Friday is conference day with loads of talks scheduled.

There are still tickets left which you can get hold of here - see you on the 26th!
