Senior PHP / Drupal Developer (London)

London based social networking / Drupal agency BrightLemon who specialise in building online communities and social networks for ethical clients within the educational and political sectors. An opportunity has now arisen for a Drupal to join their team.

This is the ideal role for a talented PHP developer to develop their career with an agency boasting Amnesty International, Natural History Museum, British Council and the Department for Education, amongst its clients.
 
As a Senior PHP Developer your time will be split between actively assisting the development team with any issues regarding their work, whilst also doing some hands-on back-end development.  
 
Your main responsibilities will include improving development practices, in terms of both efficiency and quality, by working with the Project Manager on the processes they use to deliver projects. You will also be required to create innovative relationships with both the development team and third party vendors.
 
To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Excellent PHP development experience  
  • A strong understanding of the LAMP stack, security issues and web standards  

This role will involve Drupal development; therefore the ideal Senior PHP Developer will have experience in this area.
