BrightLemon specialises in building online communities and social networks for ethical clients within the educational and political sectors. Due to expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for a Project Manager / Web Project Manager to join their team.
This role would suit a project manager with experience of managing web development projects looking to develop their career with a company offering scope for progression.
As a Project Manager / Web Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team that delivers interesting social projects. You will also be involved some development duties.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- significant project management experience, managing technical and web development projects
- experience of using recognised project management methodologies
As a Project Manager / Web Project Manager, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to understand and communicate technical concepts, as well as communicate with senior staff. The ability to build relationships and motivate a team are also key.
Although not essential, an understanding of online communities and an interest in building them would be a distinct advantage to your application. Drupal experience and/or an interest in RDF and data visualisation would also be beneficial.
