BrightLemon would like to welcome our new Account Manger, Lauranza Harvey. With over five years of experience managing accounts for open source CMS projects, Lauranza has previously worked with clients including Westminster Abbey, V&A Museum, Oxford University, Emap and National Parks.
Lauranza graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a BA Hons in Fine Art, she found her skills lied within more client facing roles.
Her role at BrightLemon involves maintaining the Client relationship, whilst working with the internal creative and development teams during the project build. Ensuring the internal teams adheres to the Clients technical and creative requirements within the agreed time scales and budget. Lauranza will work with our clients from the initial Sales handover, through the design phase and project build, maintaining the relationship on an ongoing basis after project sign off.
