Brightlemon have been chosen by the New Covent Garden Market Authority to build a social network to grow and enhance the existing, thriving market community. The network will enable traders to create their own profile, interact with each other and with existing and potential customers.

About the New Covent Garden Market social network

The New Covent Garden Market social network will comprise:

  • Tenant area: A special area where tenants of New Covent Garden Market can publish and view information — some of which will be in a private community area.
  • Trader A-Z search listing: All New Covent Garden Market traders will have their own profile page where they can login and amend their company information to communicate better with customers and other key stakeholders
  • Interactive features will include tools such as Blogs, forums and image slideshows

About the New Covent Garden Market

New Covent Garden Market (NCGM) has over 800 years of history and has been located at Vauxhall since 1974. NCGM is the largest fresh produce market in the UK. There are 240 businesses, employing 2,800 people on the 57 acre (22.7 hectares) site which between them supply about 40% of fresh fruit and vegetables eaten outside the home in London.
