Inspired by Gojko Adzic's 'Let's Change the Tune' presentation Mark set about applying Gojko's idea, combined with his own approaches and techniques, to a project delivering a currency trading platform. As the project had already commenced the approach needed to get testers working with developers, Business Analysts, Architects and others quickly and effectively. With the project intended to be over several phases test artefacts needed to remain relevant and useful. In this Experience Report, Mark will describe how he applied Specification by Example and helped fundamentally shift the way project activities were performed across all teams.
