Who's suitable for this Drupal training course?

This course is suitable for web developers and web designers that are already familiar with the basic drupal training, drupal courses concepts of Drupal and what to take it to the next level. Anyone taking our Introducing Drupal course will have all the necessary background knowledge.

What do I need to know beforehand?

A modest knoweldge of HTML, CSS and PHP would help although it is not stricly necessary.

What do I need to bring?

Bring your laptop as you can follow along with the course development but it is not necessary.

This is a hand-on practical course - we will build together websites “live” leading to fully working examples, we will be working through the following syllabus:

use filters and arguments to build sophisticated views of your content. Have views interact with each other to create intelligent content presentation solutions.

lay out pages that pull content from different parts of the website with Panels

manage more complex content workflows based on user roles

build interesting and tailormade community features with Organic Groups, notifications, and moderate and administer them efficiently
