About ISPA
The Internet Services Providers' Assocaiton, UK (ISPA) is the
main Trade association for Internet Services Providers (ISPs)
in the UK. Members include all the major ISPs such as AOL, Freeserve,
British Telecom and OneTel aswell as legal firms specialising
in the Tech sector.
The Requirement
ISPA needed a totally redesigned web site to cater for its members,
be a useful online resource and a clearer channel of communication.
It also required an easier method for the various membership
applications.
The Solution - what Brightlemon did for ISPA
Web site Redesign
The ISPA web site was completely redesigned to create several
channels for various users and stakeholders. A platform for
sponsorship was also created.
Web site Utilities
Brightlemon created a series of online application forms to
automate the process of becoming an ISPA member, Legal forum
member and Corporate Sponsor.
Other areas also implemented include:
- a keyword search facility of the entire site using the award
winning Google search;
- quick jump menus for fast access;
- an online press office;
- an online newsletter facility with automated email subscription;
- and two levels of password protection for full ISPA members
and Legal Forum members.
