English Online

The British Council approached Brightlemon London to create a social networking web site for English language learners in China. The web site now has over 100,000 registered users and is still growing!


In addition to its educational objectives, the English Online web site connects people in China with learning opportunities and creative ideas from the UK, helping build lasting relationships around the world.

Plan Schools Link

Brightlemon London were approached by Plan UK to develop a web site that enabled schools in the UK to link with schools in Africa, and vice versa. We built a social networking web site with some customised extending of the messaging system.


The Plan Schools Link web site has been expanded globally and now connects hundreds of children from Kenya, Sierra Leone, Malawi, China and the UK.

Shine Week

Working closely with Creative Partnerships and the Department for Children, Schools & Families, Brightlemon London developed a social networking website to celebrate the talent of young people across England and Wales.


A resounding success since its inception in 2008, the Shine week web site attracted over 2,500 UK schools representing over 1,000,000 students in just three months!
