The British Interactive Media Association (BIMA) supports and promotes the British Digital sector by connecting companies together and by lobbying government in the interests of the industry. Now the BIMA Awards – taking place later this year - are a great opportunity to champion British digital talent across the industry.

The UK’s digital and creative industries are regarded as not only world leading but also as a key component in the UK’s economic future and the BIMA Awards are a great chance to showcase this talent.

BrightLemon founder and director Leon Tong has been invited on to the judging panel this year and said of this opportunity: “It’s an honour to be selected to judge at the BIMA Awards and judging such a well-respected award is a great way to give back to the sector. I hope as many UK companies as possible will get involved as there is masses of British talent out there just waiting to be recognised.”

The judging process will take place between late July and early September. The award ceremony will be hosted at Bankside Vaults on the 22nd November.

Leon will join the likes of Alastair Duncan, BBC Online General Manager; Andy Conroy, Paul Kemp-Robertson, Helen Milner and other key industry names on the judging panel at the awards ceremony in November this year.
