BrightLemon chosen to revamp the Victoria and Albert Museums online communities

BrightLemon will be working closely with the Victoria and Albert Museum in an effort to help and advance their theming and functionality. To fit the overarching high level strategy of the museum, they would like to actively engage and encourage users to communicate more over the museums content and in doing so would like to update both design and functionality aspects of the site.

Wanting to help visitors share and feel inspired by creative work, the community space will be adapted to increase opportunities to engage with each other.

Currently, BrightLemon has been mainly concentrating on the wedding fashion community area which was developed on the Drupal platform, whilst also improving basic functionality and design elsewhere on the site.

This will be done with the view that BrightLemon will teach them the basics of Drupal. By providing private training and theming documentation; they will learn to apply the platform to all community areas of the site, whilst also developing general enhancements and keep maintenance.

Online community consulting

BrightLemon will also be offering Victoria and Albert museum some consultancy work which will help them expand the basic community setup they have. Through suggesting ways in which they can make their content more engaging and interactive, they hope to expand the user base of their community.
