The Bright Young Things of Digital Shoreditch

BrightLemon is proud to be located and involved in the Silicon Roundabout digital community by vibrant Shoreditch.

The Digital Shoreditch festival has become one of the largest digital media and tech events in the UK extending to 2 weeks of presentations, workshops and demonstrations celebrating London’s contribution to the digital industries.

The Careers day at the festival is increasingly becoming the biggest platform for digital companies in the East London area to mingle amongst contemporaries and to seek out new talent.

Careers day (sponsored by Chinwag) was hosted at the trendy Hackney House pop-up space on Shoreditch High Street where BrightLemon exhibited amongst some of Silicon Roundabout’s finest tech companies. It was a great opportunity to meet and discuss online communities with candidates for our current vacancies (details of which can be located here).

Chris, a media marketing undergraduate who dropped by the BrightLemon exhibition said: “I enjoyed talking with you today and found it really interesting to discuss how online communities beyond Facebook have benefited the Charity sector”

Outside of the company exhibitions, the event featured practical tools for career-hunters like Chris including a CV review surgery and practise interview booths sessions.

BrightLemon returns to Digital Shoreditch on Wednesday 30th of June where director Leon Tong will present "From 0 to 100,000 users in 30 minutes". Click here for further details on the workshop

A special thanks goes out to:
